"Twirling"

Last night Hannah started twirling when her puppy sang songs!

Today after school she got Jasmyn into the mix as well.

Jas has this thing about being on camera so its not the best that it could be.

Hannah also decided to sing along for the camera.

Please pay no attention to the cookie in Hannah's hand.

The Embarrassing Blackmail Photo...

This is Hannah all ready to head out. She got really happy putting on her vest
and hat. It was just too cute that we couldn't leave until I got a picture.

Jas and Hannah doing crafts together. They (Jasmyn while Hannah tore up scraps) were making a birthday card for one of Jasmyn's friends.

The next two pictures just illustrate how determined Hanny is to be independent!!!

She is trying to put clothes on by herself. Changing time is always fun with Hannah. She just loves to help.

And here it is...

Every parent has at least one photo of their child naked, whether it be bath or just cuteness

(nothing crude or distasteful)

Dolan says this will be published for Hannah's graduation announcement!!!

It wasn't bad. Not even embarrassing. Okay I admit it! Not even blackmail material, but it sure did get your attention!

It still is a really cute picture.

The Results...

This morning the call from the Dr came in. There is good news and not so good news. First off, there were no tumors or abnormalities found in the scan. Praise the Lord!!! Now for the "not so good" news... Jasmyn just has unexplained migraines. They will more than likely happen her whole life and during certain times, when hormones fluctuate, will be worse. The Dr has recommended a prescription pain killer most commonly used for those with Rheumatoid arthritis because of the severity and how young she is. The Dr also stated that as Jasmyn gets older, she will be able to recognize a migraine before it actually hits so she will be able to try to head it off. I find it horrible that she will have to deal with these for the rest of her life, yet there is nothing that I can do to rid her of them. I am also relieved that nothing major medically is wrong. At least this is something we can deal with. And with time, will get easier.

A day at the Dr's

For a while now Jasmyn has been getting headaches. Last month we went to the Dr.'s because Jasmyn has been getting 2 -3 headaches a week. Come to find out they are migraines. We went on a regiment of no caffeine, 60+ oz of water daily, monitoring sleep patterns, keeping track of foods(to rule out any allergies), and activities. Today, with everything listed, nothing was found to cause, or stop them. The Dr. then recommended a MRI. We had a feeling one would be coming because the headaches were still appearing frequently. The Dr. calls to radiology to set the appointment and 45 minutes later the MRI is starting. Dolan got off work early today and met us at the hospital. He stayed with us for a while and then took Hannah on home. Jasmyn completely had a panic attack!!! She was so scared! What scared her the most was the thought of the IV. After everything was done she said it wasn't that bad. She is now feeling better. We wont find out the results until tomorrow or Monday at the latest. The technician said nothing looked abnormal, but we still have to wait for the results to come back from North Platte. Hopefully everything will turn up fine.

Talking or gibberish?

Lately Hannah has been talking more.
We have been getting a kick out of it!
She shakes her no, or nods yes depending on the question you ask.
She does say, and I will translate for you:
"Oh-kayee" - okay
"prit-tee" - pretty
"dah-Dee" - daddy
"kee-tee" - kitty
"Ite - Der" - right there
"Ut-oh" - uh-oh
"tone" - tongue
"nnnah" - nose
"Is-ee" - Izzy (cat name)
"by-by" - bye-bye
There is more but right now this is all I can think of.
Hannah is also quite the little courageous girl as well. She has climbed
onto the piano and walked across the keys. Just this morning she managed
to climb onto the dinning room table.
She also dives off of the sofas onto the floor and laughs about it.
(Sometimes I wonder if she can even feel pain!)
She is quite the little character!!!
She keeps us all laughing and smiling, as well as in fear!!!

Pictures of the week

Here are some pictures from this week. I wish I would have took a couple pictures from Friday night. We had the Jutten family and Royce and Doyle over for supper. We had a really great time with everyone. I admit I was having too much fun and didn't pull out the camera. Now I feel bad because I don't have any photos. Jasmyn, Landon, and Jenna played a ball game on the stairs and hide and seek in the dark. Hannah had the greatest time playing with Kyle!!!
Her room really showed it as well!!!
Later in the evening Doyle and Royce stayed around for a couple of rounds of "ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A 5th GRADER?". We had a blast!!

Hannah enjoyed climbing and sitting on Royce's lap. Hannah was so excited that even after everybody left, she looked everywhere for them...Under the tables, behind doors, everywhere!
At 5:ooam Hannah woke up and just had to search the house again!!
Maybe she was trying to tell me that we should have people over more often.
I admit that I had too much fun and forgot about photos.

Well here are some pic from throughout the week.
