A new bundle of joy!

We at Smith Acres would just like to take a moment to congratulate Missy and Jared!!!
Jacob Kent Blackman entered into this world yesterday morning!!!
We are all so glad and looking forward to seeing you all!!!

Merry Christmas

I may not have another opportunity to post before Christmas, so I'm going to do it now while I have a free moment.

A review, in short, of our past year.

During 2007, Hannah was Dedicated to the lord!Acid reflux peeked, then got better.

Hannah crawled, walked, then ran!!!

Jasmyn began Piano lessons!

And of course, the only way practicing gets done is with Hannah on her lap!!! :-)
Dolan began a new "profession".

Charlie finally received a full night of sleep!!! :-)

Dolan and Charlie were Baptised.

Girls went swimming.

We fed some geese.

We all are one year older then last, yet we really are

just the same old clowns we've always been!!!

May your Christmas be filled with the love of Jesus!

Jasmyn's School Christmas Program

Thursday night was the Wauneta-Palisade Christmas program.

It was K - 12 performing.

I have to admit that even though it was longer than most years,

it was enjoyable watching all the performances!!!

The children worked really hard (as well as Mr. & Mrs. Behrends) and it showed!!!

Mr. Isom even had a part singing (he could have used a little more practice). ;-)

Oh but what a good sport he is!!!
